There was unbelievable energy for 50 minutes and I felt like a magnet stuck to the floor. What was amazing is that my body was on the ground, while my emotion was on a level higher and my thought even higher. In other words, I felt truly dissolved in 3 dimensions. A unique sensation. Thank you for making my life three-dimensional!!!

I have met Tasos almost two years ago. He came to me to have individual sessions of the Feldenkrais Method®. What impressed me from the beginning is the speed of improvement that he made and the ability to evolve his body awareness that is the goal of Feldenkrais. Later I realized how special and wise Tasos is and only then he explained to me the huge and long process of self-awareness he made through his late life with the numerous experiences and trainings that he attended and that helped him to discover and develop his abilities. During one session months ago, while I was teaching to him a session, touching his head, I had a strong experience of energy rising from the bottom of my spine, going through my head into the ceiling, giving me a strong pleasurable sensation. He later explained that this has been a rare event of Kundalini awakening, that passively occurred to me through him. A similar event occurred recently during another session, where I felt a very pleasant sensation of peace and serenity. The effect of this event in my practice have been for me a great improvement in my intuition and in my ability to understand how to lead my sessions of Functional Integration®. Tasos has a huge sense of his inner world and of the people that surround him and his ability are really rare and precious. They are helping him to reach a greater body awareness and helping also me to understand in which part of the body I need to bring my attention during my individual sessions in order to make the lesson more successful. Tasos for me has been a unique case as student/teacher. His suggestions gave me the opportunity to understand in a deeper way how to direct in a more effective way my practice while doing a session!

After asking a set of precise and profound questions, Tasos told me that the Shaktipat session was about to begin, he put on beautiful music and asked me to close my eyes. In the next second, I felt a strong emotion arising and submerging me and I immediately began to cry for what seemed more than an hour. The flood of tears was unstoppable. I also didn’t wanted it to stop, as I felt that my Holy Mother was taking me with her to bring me to my Father in the Sky. I surrendered to her all encompassing and Divine Love and felt that I approached the Union with the Father that I always longed for, even when I wasn’t aware of it. I completely trust that I will soon enough merge with Him during the next sessions. I am calmly grateful to Tasos and prepared for the sacred process he is going to take me through.

Since I wanted to work with kundalini and having read some hideous stories, from time to time, I contacted Tasos. What impressed me was his solid knowledge as well as the peace and love he was emanating. With ways simple to understand and always being close, he gave me the opportunity to experience a hot wave, which existed in the belly area and after this I felt a blockage in the chest. Tasos, with calm instruction helped me to dissolve it and to experience this heat everywhere, even on the top of my head, as if somebody was touching me there. For some time after, I could see changes in the color of light as well as the border lines of the aura of some objects and people. I felt unity with everything. All this happened in a very sweet, natural and safe way. If someone wants to be seriously devoted to meditation and to gain, instantly and with no hazard, all the benefits that derive for its proper application, then the teachings of Tasos is a one-way road!

I am Monika – the wife of Dieter – and during our short coincidental meeting with Tasos I experienced him as a confident teacher with profound knowledge about the kundalini process. During his very personally talk I looked several times in his eyes and I could feel much love in it. On the next day I felt the Kundalini Shakti in the form of a soft, warm fire arising from the bottom to my heart and a little bit above! So nice! Dieter and I experienced you as a person with divine attributes and that you can give Shaktipat and deep spiritual experiences in only a few moments! During our holiday in Greece my wife and I coincidentally met Tasos. We got Shaktipat from him and had an interesting talk about the Divine Mother and Kundalini Shakti. During this meeting, especially during Tasos narrative about Kundalini Shakti I could gradually more and more feel that Kundalini Shakti has been an important part during the creation of my bodies – my astral-, etheric- and physical body. Before the experience with Tasos I actually could feel Kundalini Shakti – I practice meditation since many years – but through his talk and through his presence I unexpectedly became a deep “personal feeling” or “relationship” to it or more precisely to her. It was like: “Oh, the Divine Mother itself in the form of Kundalini Shakti is really living within me!” Now I can feel her stronger and with a deep personal relationship, which upgraded me in a very positive way. I can feel much more compassion and love to everyone, mainly because I really know that she is in all of us. Sleeping or not, this makes no difference! Thank you Tasos for this spiritual “enlightenment”! It changes me a nicely step forward to more love and divine attributes in my live.  

I experienced great relaxation, a very soft and loving energy and a somewhat “dizzy” feeling in my head. I started to feel warmth spreading. The sensation was similar to one I experience at home during winter time. I have a very cold flat and have therefore placed an electric heat-blanket in my sofa, and the sensation during Shaktipat was very much comparable with sitting on that electric heat-blanket!

“I am stuck in duality” I said to Tasos, feeling somewhat “lost” since I had been very committed to my practices but somehow seemed to have reached a plateau. “Then lets unstuck you”, he responded with his warm smile…. And “unstuck” I became, through an inquiry session where we moved back and forth between a series of questions in the line of “who are you?”. What then happened is hard to describe in words, but it was like when an aeroplane flying in the midst of clouds all of a sudden broke through to the vast blue sky above… it said “puff” and all of a sudden I ended up in total emptiness, I was still present but in “nothing”, in total silence, nothing appearing in awareness, just stillness, so peaceful and quiet, just “being”, being present. And to Tasos questions I started to respond in the line of “there IS no WHO, I just AM, I am awareness” and “there is JUST me, my presence and awareness of objects so they ARE me”. We also moved back and forth between for instance the mind and the peace that was me, and I experienced how the mind started to dissolve and merge with the stillness and silence – duality disappeared and there was only me left, only emptiness, stillness and presence… After our session strong thoughts and feelings turned up, fearing I would lose my realization. Tasos comforted me by saying that “the seen cannot be unseen” and he was right. Although the habit is still there to identify with objects, my personal self included, and to separate the objects from the awareness that I am – I am not buying into that mental image any longer, and I have a strong underlying sense of stillness and joy within which has not left me since our session. I am a hundred percent convinced that I would not have been able to “push through the clouds” the way I did without Tasos guidance. It has significantly “speeded up” my process and I lack words to describe my gratefulness for the grace I have been bestowed…. With love

This was one of the most “potent” workshops I have ever been to. My mind which is usually overactivated, completely stopped. I was in a state of complete wellness, something between asleep and awake. I could not make any thoughts, I was on auto-pilot. Tasos’s words were coming to my ears like from another dimension. I could barely focus and watch. I didn’t even want to open my eyes and talk. I felt that I would like to stay there forever. Without thoughts, without emotions, the absolute VOID!!! The absolute NOTHING!!! It is an amazing experience, that is worth living and I suggest it without hesitation. Last year I travelled to India and, more precisely, to the ashram of Ramana Maharshi, one of the most well-known Enlightened persons of India. I climbed many times the mount Arunachala, that is considered the holy mount of Shina, where Ramana stayed meditating for many years. The energy of the mountain is truly enchanting. The mind stops immediately and finds answers to many questions. This is exactly what happened in the middle of Athens, in Tasos’s workshop. What I want to say, is that one is not needed to travel so far in order to have an enlightenment experience. This can happen everywhere. Tasos has integrity, zest and great love for what he does. He is a tender, unconditional and devoted person that truly cares for helping people. He achieves that magnificently. I feel that my whole life is changed and I thank him for that.

I haven’t had my spine “stretched” for 20 years on a straight surface, because of kyphoscoliosis. I also have a hernia for some time that doesn’t allow me to lay down for more that 1-2 minutes because I couldn’t breathe. And I experienced the miracle. During one hour, which was the duration of the workshop, I was not just laying down but my spine was palpating, extending, I was feeling it moving on its own. Sounds, colors, unprecedented feelings, other dimensions of reality, the energy forcefully running like a fire, that strong that in the beginning I was frightened, made this workshop my only, I would say, transcendental experience, during my thirty years of inner seeking.

How is it possible to feel THAT and not share? … was the question that I made to Tasos when our session ended. This question of mine but also the response I took has changed my Life, instantly, radically and forever. Within just an hour I saw and felt simultaneously my human flesh, my mind and emotions, but also the greater eternal That which I was and I will be. And there with the help of Tasos the union happened. The unity which already existed became recognized. The Whole recognized Itself. God recognized God! I wanted to go through the computer screen and hug him as a piece of myself/ourself in all its majesty. Now I understand why this is called enlightenment, samadhi and whatever the grate and the mighty of this planet have called this. A light turns on and you see who you are! Not just see, but realize! (and I should say that all these years that I work with myself is not that I didn’t see or feel or know, because always in whatever I have done until today turned on a light and I was looking a little more inside in the search of the Self and I am grateful for everything!) But today here and now with Tasos this light didn’t turn on in order to see a little corner of my Being, a headlight turned on that shedded its light toward its own Self. The headlight of god shedded all its light in his own eyes! I cannot express it better at this moment even the word light is small. I will call it experiencing. Experiencing who I am. I experiences the God that I Am! Tasos’s voice still sounds: “Who are you? Do you understand? Yes… you are, but do you understand? Do you feel this? Do you realize this?” Yes yes and yes, I not just understand it but I feel it! Yes I Am that. That I am. Everything I am… and I want to cry and laugh at the same time as at the same time I can me God and Human!!! It’s a paradox but that’s the game! My dear Tasos thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

When the student is ready the master appears. This was verified in the best way with me and Tasos. With Tasos, I got rid of 20 years of emotional pain. I reconciled with people I “hated”. I stopped the overactivity of my mind. I feel a strange wellness. I see reality clearly. My emotions with my experience with Tasos and intense and many, that’s why I am going to continue with him. That was just the beginning!!

Being in search for inner peace, and enlightenment for almost 15 years, following various paths that hold sovereign traditions, I can definitely say that this is the most direct and quickest way for one to reach his own core and understand his deepest nature. It was something extraordinary and it can provide one, with direct access to another realm of the kosmos, a deeper, True, and more profound than the illusionary impressions that we have on a daily basis. It’s something that every true seeker of Truth has to do. This was truly an initiation, a new beginning which if one explores further can lead to a new life. During our session, I had to encounter hidden and repressed fears and feeling from my young age that have had a profound effect on me, until today. Some issues had been a constant burden in my everyday life, and after this session I finally feel that I can be cured. Although we only had one session up to now, some significant issues I had are now more under control and I can say with absolute certainty, that more sessions with Tasos will follow. I have known Tasos for almost 5 years and i know how much he has strived towards finding the truth and the enlightenment. Recently, I had 3 Kundalini sessions with Tasos and i have realized how broad his understanding of reality and life is.
